Accessibility Statement

This statement is issued by Prephrok Network Ltd (“the Operator”) and applies to 德華中心 De Hua Tower (the “Website”) and the Services made available through it. It describes the standard to which the Website is designed, the measures implemented, the known limitations and the mechanism for feedback and enforcement.

Conformance status

The Website is designed and maintained with the objective of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The Operator does not warrant or represent that every page, document or third-party component fully conforms at all times. This statement is a statement of intent and of the measures adopted, and does not create any warranty or contractual obligation beyond that described in the Legal, Privacy and Advertising Notice.

Measures implemented

The Operator has implemented, and will use reasonable endeavours to maintain, the following measures:

• semantic HTML with a logical heading hierarchy and landmark regions (header, navigation, main content and footer);
• text alternatives for informative images and empty alternative text for decorative images;
• a colour contrast ratio that meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for body text and user-interface components, and support for browser zoom of at least 200 per cent without loss of content or functionality;
• full keyboard operability for interactive elements, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content;
• language attributes on each page and on passages in a different language, so that assistive technology pronounces content correctly;
• respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” preference;
• form controls with programmatically associated labels, accessible error messages and status announcements through aria-live regions;
• responsive layouts that remain usable at mobile, tablet and desktop widths, in portrait and landscape orientation; and
• periodic automated and manual testing, including testing with a keyboard and with a screen reader.

Known limitations

The following limitations are known to the Operator as at the date of this statement:

• The human-verification widget is supplied by a third party (Cloudflare Turnstile). Its accessibility is not within the Operator’s sole control. A person who is unable to complete the challenge may write to contact@de-hua-tower.pre.hk and the Operator will arrange an alternative method of contact.
• Certain project documents, including sales brochures and price lists, are published in PDF format by developers or other third parties and may not be tagged or otherwise accessible. The Operator can provide a text summary or an alternative format on request.
• The interactive map relies on a third-party mapping service. Keyboard operation of the map may be limited; all material location information is also provided as text.
• Websites, applications and communication channels operated by Independent Advisors are outside the Operator’s control and are not covered by this statement.
• Where an email address is displayed on the Website, a network-level email obfuscation feature may replace the address with a placeholder when JavaScript is disabled. The address remains available by writing to contact@de-hua-tower.pre.hk.

Feedback and alternative formats

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or require any information in an alternative format (for example large print, plain text or an accessible PDF), please write to contact@de-hua-tower.pre.hk and state the page URL, the assistive technology you are using and the nature of the difficulty. The Operator will acknowledge receipt within ten (10) business days and will use reasonable endeavours to provide the information or remedy the barrier within a reasonable period.

Enforcement and review

If you are dissatisfied with the Operator’s response, you may raise the matter with the Operator again or contact the Equal Opportunities Commission of Hong Kong (www.eoc.org.hk). This statement will be reviewed at least annually, and upon any material change to the Website, and the current version will be published on this page.

• 表單控制項具備程式關聯標籤、無障礙錯誤訊息，並透過 aria-live 區域廣播狀態；
• 回應式版面於手機、平板及桌面寬度，以及直向及橫向模式下均保持可用；及
• 定期進行自動化及人手測試，包括以鍵盤及螢幕報讀器測試。

已知限制

截至本聲明日期，本公司已知下列限制：

• 人機驗證元件由第三方（Cloudflare Turnstile）提供，其無障礙表現並非本公司可完全控制。無法完成驗證的人士可致函 contact@de-hua-tower.pre.hk，本公司將安排替代聯絡方式。
• 部分項目文件（包括售樓說明書及價單）由發展商或其他第三方以 PDF 格式發布，未必已加入標籤或符合無障礙格式。本公司可應要求提供文字摘要或替代格式。
• 互動地圖依賴第三方地圖服務，地圖的鍵盤操作可能受限；所有重要位置資料亦以文字提供。
• 獨立專員營運的網站、應用程式及通訊渠道並非本公司控制，亦不在本聲明涵蓋範圍內。
• 如本網站顯示電郵地址，網絡層級的電郵混淆功能可能在停用 JavaScript 時以佔位符取代該地址。閣下仍可致函 contact@de-hua-tower.pre.hk 取得地址。
